We do not offer returns or exchanges once the installation is complete.

All work is guaranteed as per our standard warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty documentation for details.

Payment Terms : 

  •  Credit Card Surcharge: Payments made through Visa, Mastercard, or American Express will incur an additional 3% surcharge on the total amount, inclusive of taxes. 
  • Refunds for credit card transactions will exclude this 3% fee. 

Accepted Payment Methods: 


  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and electronic funds transfer (EFT).

• The final ESA certificate will be issued upon receipt of the final payment.

 

All external work will proceed subject to favourable weather conditions, with priority given to safety and feasibility over adherence to specified timelines. Work schedules may be altered due to scheduling by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). Power Blitz Electrical assumes no responsibility for delays in work completion attributed to weather conditions or the ESA. 

 

 • It is the customer’s responsibility to enroll in any promotions offered by the manufacturer of products highlighted in our advertisements or quotations unless stated otherwise. 6. Payment Schedules: • Adherence to the agreed-upon payment schedules is crucial for the continuation of work. Power Blitz Electrical holds no liability for lost time or damages resulting from non-compliance with these schedules and reserves the right to impose additional charges accordingly.

Installation pricing is based on time and materials. Our pricing packages are estimates based on certain conditions and criteria and may change if those conditions and criteria are not met.

Price Changes: • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final cost will be confirmed at the time of service.

Product stock can change rapidly, and there may be delays in online stock updates. We encourage customers to call to confirm product availability.

Price Guarantee: • Quoted prices remain guaranteed for 24 hours and require a deposit to secure the reservation. Deposits are not refundable.

Validity Period: • This estimate may be valid for 30 days from the date issued. After this period, prices may be reviewed and adjusted as necessary.

Customers must digitally agree to an estimate with terms and conditions and will be held responsible for what they agree to.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product provided. All services are performed in accordance with local regulations and standards.
