Classy, easy to install, and works great. My electrician had it up in no time and the setup through the app was straightforward. Charges my EV noticeably faster than my old 40A unit — the 80A output is a real upgrade. Solid build quality and the app keeps everything organized. What else do you want from a charger?
Does exactly what it promises — charges my car FAST. Coming from a 32A unit, the difference is huge. My truck goes from near-empty to full overnight without any issues. Clean install, the app works well, and I’ve had zero connectivity problems since setup. Simple and reliable.
Great charger and even better customer service. I had a ground fault issue that turned out to be a wiring problem on my end, not the charger. Autel’s support team was incredibly helpful throughout — they even sent a replacement over a long weekend just to make sure I was covered. Turned out the original unit was fine and the issue was with my transformer wiring. Can’t ask for better support than that.
Recently upgraded from a 40A charger and the difference is significant. My EV’s charge time from 20% to 80% dropped from over 12 hours to just over 7. Install was straightforward — I had an existing 100A panel with room for the breaker, so all I needed was the breaker and some 3 gauge wire. The app works great and provides solid data feedback. The unit can also be configured for commercial use with RFID access, which is a nice touch. Very happy with this purchase.
