Solid quality device with great connectivity options. I like that you can set the maximum load via a physical switch inside the unit — I’m on a 40A breaker and it’s set to 32A, works great. Wi-Fi didn’t want to stay connected after first install, but support picked up in under a minute and resolved it with a firmware upgrade in about 15 minutes. I wish my cable provider was that responsive. Good charger overall.
Works perfectly. I was worried about Wi-Fi stability based on some reviews but I can confirm it holds a reliable connection even with my nearest access point over 10 metres away. Setup was easy and the app is great — set up RFID cards for my family so they don’t even need the app. I waited for a sale and got a great deal, plus my local utility reimbursed part of the cost. Very happy.
Works perfectly with our Mustang Mach-E and survived a brutal -20°C Ontario winter without any issues. Charging speed is adjustable based on your breaker setup and the 25-foot cord is fantastic — long enough for two car lengths which is great if you have two EVs. Super easy install, looks great on the wall. The app gets monthly updates and Autel clearly cares about improving it. Very pleased.
